# Extraction Tool

> A powerful extraction tool to instantly download resumes from job sourcing portals like Naukri and export them to agentR for quick ranking

## Overview

The **AgentR Chrome Extension** helps recruiters quickly extract candidate resumes from supported job boards and import them into AgentR for AI-powered screening and evaluation.

## Install the Extension

Install the official AgentR Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.

## Getting Started

1. Open a supported job board and navigate to the applicants page
2. Click the **AgentR Chrome Extension** icon from your browser toolbar
3. The extension automatically detects available resumes
4. Click **Extract all resumes** to begin processing
5. Download the extracted resumes as a ZIP file
6. Extract the ZIP file
7. Import the resumes into AgentR

## Key Features

### Bulk Resume Extraction

Download multiple candidate resumes at once without manually opening profiles.

### Automatic Resume Detection

The extension automatically displays the total number of resumes available on the applicants' page.

### Organized ZIP Export

Extracted resumes are bundled into a structured ZIP file.

Each file name includes:

* Candidate identifier, name from the applicants page
* Resume ranking information

### Flexible Extraction Control

Manage the extraction process with built-in controls:

* **Cancel** → Stop extraction while processing
* **Clear** → Remove all extracted resumes
* **Delete** → Remove specific resumes
* **View** → Preview resumes individually

If the extraction is cancelled midway, already processed resumes can still be downloaded.
